A Community of Belonging, Purpose, and Opportunity
Rebuilding Lives, Giving Hope
We are a welcoming community where adults living with mental health conditions work side-by-side with staff, build practical skills, form meaningful relationships, and move toward personal goals.
Members are recognized for their strengths, talents, and contributions not defined by a diagnosis.
Everyone Deserves a Place to Belong
At Compass House, recovery begins with connection.
Our members take an active role in the daily life of the Clubhouse. Together, members and staff prepare meals, manage communications, operate programs, develop employment skills, support one another, and keep the community moving forward.
Every person participates according to their interests, abilities, and goals. Some members come to reconnect after a period of isolation. Others are preparing to return to school or work. Wherever someone is in their journey, they are welcomed as a valued member of the community.
Addressing Isolation Through Community
Living with a mental health condition can interrupt employment, education, relationships, routines, and a person’s connection to the wider community.
Clinical care is important, but appointments alone cannot always provide the structure, relationships, and everyday opportunities people need to move forward.
Compass House helps fill that gap by offering a consistent community where members are expected, needed, and encouraged to contribute.
Compass House membership is by referral only

Why It Matters
Compass House offers more than a place to go. It provides the relationships, structure, and meaningful opportunities that help people move forward—and help communities become stronger.
A full year of Clubhouse services costs about the same as a two-week stay in a psychiatric hospital.
