Southern Oregon Compass House is a welcoming, recovery-oriented community for adults living with mental health conditions.
Members work side-by-side with staff to operate the Clubhouse, build practical skills, form meaningful relationships, and pursue goals related to education, employment, wellness, and greater independence.
This is not clinical treatment. It is a community where people are recognized for their strengths, talents, experiences, and ability to contribute.

Our Story
Southern Oregon Compass House was created to address an important gap in mental health recovery.
Clinical services can help people manage symptoms, but appointments alone do not always provide the daily structure, relationships, meaningful activity, and opportunities people need to reconnect with community life.
Compass House offers a different kind of support.
Through the Clubhouse work-ordered day, members and staff work together to complete the real tasks required to operate the organization. Members may prepare meals, manage communications, participate in outreach, develop employment skills, support Clubhouse projects, and contribute to decisions about the community.
Some members come to Compass House seeking relief from isolation. Others are ready to return to school, pursue employment, strengthen daily routines, or rebuild confidence.
Wherever someone is in their recovery journey, Compass House offers a place to belong and an opportunity to move forward.
