Education & Employment

Receive practical support while pursuing education, vocational training, volunteer opportunities, or paid employment.

About the Program

Mental health conditions can interrupt education, employment, confidence, and workplace routines.

Through the work-ordered day, members can refresh employment skills, build current experience, strengthen motivation, and regain confidence in a supportive setting.

Members may also receive help identifying educational opportunities, completing applications, developing résumés, practicing interviews, exploring career interests, and navigating a return to school or work.

Support does not end when someone begins a job or enrolls in school. Members remain part of the Compass House community and continue receiving encouragement for as long as needed.
